1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-related products (such as swimwear) are excluded from the withdrawal right unless defective.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Procedure:

• Email our customer support team with your return request and reason.

• Upon approval, you will be given return instructions and the return address.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return as described above.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no extra cost.
