SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER
ORDERING PARTY: A natural or legal person who requests goods or services via the SELLER’s website
PARTIES: Refers to both the SELLER and the BUYER
AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement between the SELLER and the BUYER
GOODS: Movable property subject to purchase, including software, audio, visual, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media
